PCN received to a company in administration

I have been passed a PCN issued to a company that is now in administration. They are the registered keeper of the vehicle and the PCN is in their name.  Should this be passed to the administrator to deal with or should the person driving the car at the time be passed it to pay? This is a Parking Eye PCN.

Give it to the Administrators.

Parking Eye can't bring a court claim, (against a company in Administration), for money; they will simply be added to the list of unsecured creditors.
