Santander cashback

Hi Guys and Gals, i have just asked for a refund from my energy supplier as in credit and have recently joined Santander, for the cash back on utilities and the savings account. Just realised that if i get a refund will i lose cashback as will counter act what ive paid? altho not through santander?

I had a major refund when switching supplier. Santander did not reclaim any cashback2

oh thats good to know, obvs want to make a little to cancel out the £3 fee0

I used to deliberately overpay utility bills to earn more cash back from Santander. They did not reclaim the cashback when I received a refund.
