Hi, Can you please tell me what DLUHC means pleaseFruitcake said:You should also complain to your MP about this breach of the Equality Act, stating as already mentioned that it is discrimination and a criminal offence. Ask her/him to pass this on to the DLUHC who are in the process of producing a new mandatory parking code of practice. The proposal needs amending to make allowances for people with a disability having protected characteristics as defined by the Equality Act 2010 but who do not have a blue badge.

Hi everyone, Update on my problem. Lakeside emailed me today to tell me that my appeal had been sent to management and they had instructed Premier Park to cancel the penalty charge. I replied immediately to thank them for their careful consideration in the matter..........Something Premier Park had told me they had done and rejected my appeal. Took me all day yesterday to email Landsec and Lakeside and also write to them but perseverance paid off. Thank you all for your advice and comments, they all helped me soo much. Have a nice weekend. So pleased it is cancelled. Check next week by logging in as if to pay (but don't!). The PCN should show as cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
