Anyone else been caught out by HSBC overdraft support?

I have had a resolution on this following the complaint I made two weeks ago. HSBC called me this morning and admitted the email had contained incorrect information and it should not have gone to anyone who would not have been able to reapply by the deadline. They have worked out how much interest I would have paid over 6 months on a £500 overdraft and rounded this up to £75. As this was on two accounts they have today credit £150 to my account. Fair enough.
