Hi there!
Looking to offer on a converted telephone exchange which is very lovely but has some quirks.
I have concerns about the bathroom that was an extension and seems to be directly up against the boundary wall of the neighbour. I have no experience here and I'm not sure if this is the red flag it looks like or not.

There was some signs of mould in the room itself but could be explained with shower use and lack of ventilation (something separate that'd need to be looked at). Not sure what to make of it.

Also was finding woodlice everywhere so guessing I'd have to go hunting for their access and seal that up.
Just would like some thoughts from you helpful people, trying to find the line between "our dehumidifier will sort all this out" and "panic! That wall on wall is causing a disaster"
It's a lovely place except for these things.

I'd like to see some flashing where the extension is against next door's wall. It's a weak point for damp ingress. You'd have to ask permission from the neighbour, I should think.
The holes need filling but they're no big deal.Woodlice are attracted to damp
areas, so that's why they're hanging around. It's neighbourly relations that you need to deal with.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
