O/S Daily 9th May

Morning! The usn is shining again. I could get used to this. More gardening done yesterday and today i think is finally the day I pick up my angle grinder. I took the two metal tables apart yesterday for a scrubbing today ready to paint.  I also want to try the toilet brush trick on the carpets in the car [ get a cheap toilet brush, cut the handle off, stick in drill and whizz away] but that will involve a trip to the range or something. I'm sitting with OHs mum tomorrow, she's got an op today and needs someone there for tomorrow but Ohs stepdad can't do it because his boss  doesn't want him to have the day at work at home. Which is a bit pants really. So pottering again today, with a side order of pottering and maybe a visit to the Hellmouth to look at some paint colours, the porch is whispering in my ear.

Ruby, hope you're improving. Allie, have you got your taste back yet? Coxy, hope all is well with you and your husband has a new job or interviews. Florence, hows your OH doing? sounds a bit stressful. Take care all and my commiserations with those with itches, it's so annoying!

Morning all

Its a beautiful day here but I still feel so rough I won’t be able to enjoy it 😩 I’ve just about lost my voice and sound like a 40 a day smoker, can’t taste or smell anything and every part of my body aches.

The only silver lining is that I must be losing weight as I just can’t keep anything inside 🤢
