Will have a lodger affect my IVA?

I am thinking about taking in a lodger under the 'Rent a Room Scheme'  The annual income would be under £7500 so I think I do not need to fill in a tax return, but will it effect my IVA?

Technically it is increased income, allowing for some additional costs.

Your agreement will say that you should declare it.

I doubt there will be any clause excluding it, but you should check
