Legally Binding Disclosure of Assets on Divorce Settlements Outside of Court?

In the UK are there any forms (or ways) in which a divorcing spouse can sign a declaration vowing  they have declared all money's and assets in the out of court settlement; and by risk of contempt of court or similar legal consequences they make that oath.

I believe there is a form for vowing to declare all assets if the divorce settlement was going to court, but is there a method for out of court agreements made?

If it’s an out of court settlement - I doubt anything could then be classed as contempt of court

Whether anything could be legally binding - that’s why legal advice/involvement is strongly suggested
