You really should just stop using eBay. I would never continue to buy through a platform if I thought it caused as much trouble for me as you think eBay sellers cause for you. EBay have told you to stop opening cases and stop leaving negative feedback or they'll restrict or ban your account, and you haven't stopped, so they are going to ban you. But why would you even want to continue trying to buy there when it's causing you so much difficulty?
