Bought items from Facebook Marketplace

I bought 7 seater sofa from facebook market place and paid them price for 7 seater by cash. When I opened the packaging, it was 6 seater sofa instead of 7. I contacted the company , they spoke to me 1st week and promised that they will deliver and extra seat which was missing or will give the refund. Now they have stopped answering my calls now. Neither they have delivered the missing sofa sear nor they have issued the refund. What can I do now?

Do you have the company's address?  If so, write to them and ask for the correct sofa or a refund within 14 days or you will take them to court.

If you don't have their address, you're stuck unless you can do some detective work on their facebook page and work out how to reach them.

How can a sofa have an extra seat added? Or do you mean this is a set rather than a single item?

It would depend on the definition of “7 seater”. 

Does it have 7 seats or seat 7 people?

Mine has 2 seats but easily seats 3 people

Hi OP - as you paid by cash, presumably you know where they are? Or was it delivered to you and paid in cash on delivery?
