Power of Attorney correcting mistake

Finally completed multiple LPAs with and for family. Our certificate provider made a slight error in one section - life-sustaining treatment section 5, where instead of putting his full name after his signature he repeated his signature. I immediately saw it, and got him to put line through it, initial it and write his full name in the box. I could have got the form reprinted, but I knew the person making the error had just to initial it and make correction, so I was happy to leave it at that. Now that I'm about to post multiple form sets I've checked one of the official guidance pages and there they say :- "Everyone involved in each section must initial each change."
I hadn't seen that before. Should I get the donor, who is the only other person involved in the section to initial? Or leave it as it is?
