Part of the eligibility criteria states:

be replacing fossil fuel heating systems - such as oil, gas, electric or LPG (liquefied petroleum gas)

Would upgrading night time storage heaters to newer more efficient models, or upgrading hot water tank which is heated by immersion heaters count as "electric" fossil fuel system?

Cant seem to find the necessary details for this.
