OK sorry everyone, I've just downloaded my payslip properly and can see "0T W1" on there, which I believe is an emergency tax code.
So with my gov.uk account showing my correct tax code, can i assume this will be rectified by my next payslip at the end of this month? Or should I still call HMRC?
I've tried again to attach screenshot, hopefully successfully this time!
So sorry if I've been a complete dunce 😭
1257L is the emergency tax code.

0T is the tax code used when a new employee doesn't comply with the new starter process.  Or the employer doesn't bother getting the relevant details from the employee.

It's possible HMRC will have already corrected this and issued a replacement code.

This may well be 1257L.  To be used on a cumulative basis so your employer will refund any tax overpaid the next time they pay you.

Thanks Dazed, I really hope so. I never envisioned something like this happening as they're such a huge UK-wide company, but I guess it's always wise to check.
It's been a rough couple of months having a secure salary plus commission ripped from under me overnight, so overpaying tax is the last thing I need.
Thanks to everyone who commented with potential reasons and sorry again for getting things wrong 😕  it's not the kind of thing I've paid much attention to in the past but certainly will going forward 😊
