    But did you not state in your Defence doc. (below) that you were the driver?:-

    The defendant was a paying patron at the establishment, where the defendant parked there wasn't signage in the line of sight.

    Ill remove the whole of 8 as I have admitted to being the driver on the day in question. after this will it be a sufficient WS? thanks again for any help

    Yes & no.  I think you are better saying in 10 (or whatever number it ends up as) that no signs were seen and must have been wholly inadequate, rather than blame large vans (which isn't the Claimant's fault).

    Just to let people know my situation, went to court today. CEL. Didn’t turn up and found out they didn’t pay the trial fee so it was struck out and I was awarded £130 for loss of earnings.
