I've had a couple of EA's recently tell me the houses I've enquired about are repossesions over the phone without prompting - this one for instance - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-16315309.rsp?pa_n=false&tr_t=buy - although if the state of it didnt give me a clue, the sign in the window might have
That’s awful. Why would an estate agent try and market a property with the kind of photos they have taken. It’s like signing up to a dating website and taking up close photos of a big white head on your chin and your hairy a$$!
Simply stating that a cosmetic update is required would have been sufficient!0 -
Well, I little update if your all interested...
Been informed by the Agent (went to look at the property again) that the 100K offer by the builder was his "final offer"
Planning to offer 102K subject to survey tomorrow after sourcing some funds, I know we might be getting played here... We just really want THAT house.
If he goes higher, ill be happy knowing ive nicked a wad of his potential profit :_"Getting Married" - The act of betting half of everything you own on the fact you will love someone forever :rotfl:0
