French pension problems

Thank you. I was originally asked to submit the required paper work there which I duly did. Sadly, the response I had is that they then asked me to write to offices in Gennevillers. This is where the repetition of requesting and submitting documentation has continued. So odd that the state pension has carried on fine, but the Argic Arrco section stopped in November 2020. The state sector was no help when I asked, unfortunately. I Really appreciate your efforts!

Then it's down to the official complaints/appeals procedure?0

It certainly seems like that. will endeavour to find something on the Agirc Arrco website, but suspect it will not be easy to find… or to have a response. I had contacted the Financial Ombudmsan some while ago but they will only handle UK finance issues.0

You will note (and one hears it every day from UK financial institutions. government departments etc)
Vous êtes très nombreux à nous solliciter par téléphone et nos temps d’attente sont fortement allongés. Nous vous invitons à reporter votre appel si celui-ci ne comporte aucun caractère d’urgence.

Yes, I have persevered on several occasions. After selecting relevant options the line goes dead.1

I have just found your post and reading with great interest. I have been trying to obtain my French Pension now for over two years. I lived and worked in France during the 70s for a brief time then again in the 90s resulting in two social security numbers which have taken a long time to connect together. Meantime my Arrco pension came through right away and suddenly stopped in April 2024. Hence I am trying to find out why that has stopped (it could be that the social security number has changed) and I have written to them to try to resolve that and also calling often the office in Rouen who are dealing with the state pension who tell me I need to just wait. It is so frustrating! How are you getting on? Let me know as I have the phone number for the team dealing with international pensions.
