Gutter grabber tool

Hello 

Another day , another DIY job! 

So I have a flat roof with a box gutter that I can't quite reach from the outside balcony. To save me getting scaffolding or ladder I was looking for a candy cane shape pole and a device I found online that catches debris in the gutter. 

Any clues where I may get such a pole? I could try making one from timber but would rather just buy one
