The new H and R Online is now available. Existing users need to re-register and create a password and memorable word. You will be emailed a new user name, but it seems that you can use your email address as an alternative.  Don't get too excited though, as you cannot gain access to your account(s) until you receive a verification code by post, which you will need to enter. A bit of a faff for existing customers.
