I think that's plants rather than seeds - but as you say, it is available at a reasonable price as plugs. 

If someone wants a lot of it, I have found several listings for seeds (such as here: https://www.wildgardenseeds.co.uk/WF%20Indivl%20Seeds/WF%20Seeds%20A%20to%20L.htm#L ) but it's currently not in stock.

If seeds are specifically required, I would recommend a quick email to the site's owners to be asked to be notified when it's available?

And the SEEDS I was asking for are where exactly in that link..? Can't quite see them. Must be staring me in the face. Obviously something badly wrong with my ageing eyesight...

We have already established, seeds are not available at present. It seems when they are, they're obtainable 

from specialist suppliers, probably because the plant is so easily propagated from cuttings, handed over the garden fence, picked up from the WI stall, car boot etc.

Given this is MSE, I was showing you the cheapest option I found, which will also get you going with useful plants faster and more reliably than seed would.

I expect there's nothing wrong with your eyesight, but it's possible you're seeing something which isn't in my post.

It can also be used in and around ponds, so have a look at a local aquatics centre.
If you get a decent sized plant you may be able to split it and it is very easy to propagate so if you know someone who has some ask for a coupleof cutting, stick them on some water and in a few weeks they will have rooted.
