A family member has been sent-  in email- some vouchers to use against his gas bill. He doesn't know what to do with them, how to get the credit into his gas bill. Anybody had any experience with this?

If it's a prepayment meter there will be a code on the voucher to use when topping up. If it's a normal credit meter then contact the supplier.
