With regards to dealing to the above with the solicitor, I have concerns about the way the solicitors have dealt with not only the self assessment issues, but also their handling of the entire process.
Would it be worth raising a complaint on behalf of the beneficiaries, or as they were named in the late relatives will as executors, would it be a waste of time?
