Have an internal bathroom (no windows) and no external wall. Middle floor of a 3 floor house. How would you ventilate it? Would an extractor fan be possible?

Would an extractor fan be possible? You would have to run rigid ducting through the ceiling to an exit on an external wall. The size of the ducting would be determined by the air flow of the extractor and the distance.I have an extractor in the kitchen using some 204x60 ducting and exiting through a facia board via a slimline vent. For a bathroom, you might want something bigger.

I believe that you would be breaking building regulations if you did not fit an extractor.
