    Now email a complaint to the DVLA complaints email shown in post 5 of the NEWBIES thread.  You need a proper reply and in writing/email (and an apology for putting the phone down on you).

    We can provide advice on your private parking tickets, so, can you give us some details please, including the name of the parking firm(s) and copies of redacted Notice to Keepers (both sides), obscure your personal and VRM details, but leave any dates showing.
