Hi my mortgage broker applied for mortage application to Leeds Building Society,
And I have 30k gifted deposite from my sister from Australia,she signed and provide all the evidence and send it to solicitors and builder but my mortgage advisor didn't ask for any evidence and when I checked in Leeds Building Society website for criteria it mention that " gifted deposit should come from uk residence only"
My question is
i have 10% deposite in my account incase if I want to cancel gifted deposit during application can I do it?
Is it lender checks everything or they don't care as solicitors checked.
And really very keen to get the property so what is the option for me?

I spoke to him today and he is lying that there is no option to mention about gifted deposit all deposit should be from you
And message me that he is no leave for next two days
