I have recieved parking charge notices for parking in a car park we have always used at work for the last 15 years new people have taken over and we are now getting tickets every other work place there has been given portials to add reg plates in however we havent the site management team cancelled our tickets. However we are now recievng debt collection letters i spone to them and they said they wont except emails saying cancelled from the site people it has to be from ukpa , we have emailed them and they are not getting back to us and i cant get a contact number at all what can i do.

I'm guessing the parking company is UK Parking Administration. Please confirm.
Never, ever 'phone an unregulated private parking company or any of their agents, ever.
Ignore powerless debt collectors.
Plan A is a complain to the landowner and your MP. This should be done by the vehicle keeper without naming the driver.
Plan B is to appeal in writing. If you have received debt collection letters then it is too late to appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
