Vitality Health Insurance Status Rewards

I have Vitality Health insurance I joined less than a year ago. Does anyone know what you get with gold and platinum status that is more than silver status? It isn’t clear on the website it just says that you may have access to more rewards.

Vitality have such a complicated proposition that often their own Business Development Managers are able to clearly explain it in my experience.  That said, my understanding is that you get a higher level of cashback depending on your Vitality status.  Other than that I'm not sure as the rewards seem to change so regularly that it is hard to keep track.

Thanks, I’ll just need to keep an eye out for what happens.
