I recieved a parking fine. I was having internet connections so struggled to make the payment. I made the payment at 9:17. From the attached looks cause i was parked between 9 and 9 15 without paying

Should i use the standard template or just appeal genuially with proof of payment (Image removed by Forum Team)

You have left the reference number showing. Someone with a black heart could do a lot of damage with that information. I have reported the post because it contains personal information. You should do the same.

Please show us both sides of the NTK, but make sure you redact all personal information, but leave the dates showing.

Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and the keeper's MP without identifying the driver.

If that fails, Plan B is to appeal using the template in blue text from the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from the keeper. The NTK appears to be non PoFA compliant, but you need to check that before you appeal. If you are unsure, we will be able to help but only if you show us the whole of both sides.
If the NTK is not PoFA compliant, then add a one liner to the appeal that the NTK is not PoFA compliant and is therefore incapable of holding the keeper liable.

Why have you jumped to the highlighted conclusion?

According to the NtK, the driver correctly registered the vehicle and did pay for parking. What do the signs at the location say that gave you the idea that you are being penalised for struggling to make the payment?

Perhaps the first few sentences of your opening post would be better written as...

I received a parking fine. The driver was having internet connection problems so struggled to make the payment. The driver made the payment at 9:17. From the attached, it looks like it was because the vehicle was parked between 9 and 9:15 without paying.
