Divorce can be tricky. Sometimes, one partner can deliberately delay the sale.

Or the opposite can happen as the couple so desperate to be rid of each otherand split the cash. . This happened to me, almost daily calls from their EA haranguing me to speed things up. Problem is you don't know which way it will go until a couple ofweeks in
