    If the card is ALWAYS paid in full it doesn't matter if the rate is 0% 20% 100% 5,000% or 1,000,000% as a debt is never carried from one month to the next.
    To be fair, among the other posts, OP did mention the issue of if they had a problem month and then had to pay some interest where the higher rate is a problem. OP free to vote with his feet of course but as I said above, many banks are doing this.

    OP also bragged about being an Amex Gold Card holder which comes with a £195 fee after first year and representative APR of 88.8%! Go figure
