Dorothy Perkins return

Hey,

I feel a bit thick asking this.

I ordered some clothes from DP on the 5/4 that was delivered on the 10/4, so I'm still within the 28 day returns timeframe (as it starts from when the goods were delivered). However, when I go to start the return, it says I have 0 days left to return... Am I interpreting the t's and c's wrong? Or did I have to cancel within 14 days and then return within 28 days after cancelling? Or has anyone still returned goods and got a refund when it says 0 days to return? I'm reluctant to return them incase I don't get a refund, and I'm a tad confused. Thanks

Their policy is below, essentially you get 14 days to confirm the return and 14 more days to return the item to them, which is where the 28 days mentioned further down comes from, not 28 days from receipt to decided to return the items.

If you are a customer in the UK or the European Union (EU), you get 14 calendar days under law to cancel your order if you change your mind. However, we may, in our sole discretion, offer you a longer period for returns from time to time.

Just to be clear, are you looking to return items simply for a change of mind or are they faulty?

Hi, I was returning the items due to ordering more than one size. It looks like the time to notify of return has passed though, I misinterpreted it wrong :)
