New on here wasn't sure were to post, thanks in advance for any help
I purchased some low tack tape from create and craft for die cutting, I used it to try it out and it was useless doesn't stick, doesn't hold the die down so faulty and not fit for purpose, I send them an email telling them I wanted to send it back expecting a return label sent out but no apparently doesn't work like that. Customer service can't autherise a return, the email gets send to their supplier support team who will decide if I am entitled to a return, then they will contact me and let me know what they have decided! then send out a return label then when they get it back they will do they return. I have said distance selling laws mean I am entitled to a refund they say they are doing nothing wrong, I know it's only been 4 days, but what I expected was a sorry you were unhappy with the product we will send you a return label out. I have send photos of the tape not sticking, I feel they are calling me a liar. Am I right? Am I entitled to a refund? Do I just have to sit and wait for them to decide? Wished I had never purchased the item. The item is only £10 but it's their attitude that is making me 😡 and the principle
