Hi, please can anyone tell me what kind of cable i need to connect my High Definition TV to my Wii. I have been told that the cable that comes with the wii is not that good.

    We just use the cable that came with it and it works fine. And we have a huge TV, 50inch plasma that Hubby calls 'sweety'. :rolleyes:

    Personally, I don't like using it in HD with the cartoony games (Super Mario galaxy ect) as it hurts my eyes.

    You need a component video lead. Game do them for about £10

    The Wii doesn't have high definition output so it's never going to be great on larger screen tvs. Component cable should make it sharper than it is with scart though.

    As aid component cable Play.com do them too. I have mined hooked up to a 40" LCD looks fine but never going to be as good as output via 720p on my set as it only outputs 480p
