New concrete window sill

Hi
I'd be glad of some advice .
I want to remove an old conservatory from the back of my house. I believe its about 20 years old.
At the moment the kitchen window has no concrete sill as it's internal . Can I have a new sill installed and roughcast underneath without replacing the window .
Is this a big job and which trade would do it ?
The photo attached shows the existing setup.
Any comments greatly appreciated.
Thanks
J

Not really as that is a one piece unit and you would need to cut it in half. It was probably originally a doorway.  It looks like it is a proper external unit so no real need to replace it.  If you do then unit out, build wall, fit new window.  Job for a general builder.
