Does anybody have a telephone number to contact them on?  My wife has been going round in circles with their systems, trying to sort out the non delivery of an order.  If she uses the email option all she receives is very obviously automatically generated replies.  The 'chat' facility is also 'staffed' by bots and if you don't give exactly the wording they want you again go round in a loop.  An item has been showing on their system as 'out for delivery' since early April, but the automated replies simply say 'allow 72 hours from last update'.

Resolver lists the above as their contact number - but not sure if that's for finance enquiries only - might be worth a shot though.
