the fact the OP seems ot have taken the phone to Apple who have issued an exchange unit is what has messed things up.
Which is odd, given all the other treads where apple say, well if you bought it here we would do something.
Which prompted my question if Apple have a agreement to swap phones with the mobile co.Life in the slow lane0
