I had a S&S ISA transfer from II to HL complete last week, having taken less than two weeks in total. All holdings were LSE listed (a mix of ETFs and ITs). The shares were all transferred within the first week, the cash turned up towards the end of the second week. So it can be done quickly at this time of year. One might expect a pension to take a little longer due to the need for discharge forms etc. I'll find out in a couple of months as I intend to transfer my SIPP to HL.

I transferred an ISA from Fidelity to HL ( also a mix of ETF's and IT's) and it was all done and dusted in less than two weeks.
