2x PCN - NCP Station car park Wickford

This has probably been asked a thousand times and I have tried looking but I would prefer someone with some expertise to reply directly to this thread.
2 days ago I received 2no. PCNs from NCP car parks dated back on the 20th and 21st February respectively. It is a station car park in Wickford, Essex. ANPR picked up the time I drove in and drove out with photographic evidence - I have no issue with this, the facts are correct and I didn't pay. I simply forgot. I also fear I will have another 3 PCNs coming through the month of March too..
Can I appeal this? Do I have a leg to stand on? Through grounds it has been more than 14 days? If I have to pay - I'll pay but would rather not.
Thank you

Did you forget - or did you not see the signs as they were too hard to read?1

Are the PCNs headed 'Penalty Charge' or 'Parking Charge'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I simply forgot. I'm assuming I don't have a leg to stand on?0

Are you really sure you didn't see the signs "because they were too small to read" - after all that is a very good reason for failing to pay, whereas forgetting is not - do you see what I mean?sweetrabbit666 said:I simply forgot. I'm assuming I don't have a leg to stand on?1 -

Show us both sides, but leave the dates showing.
If the land is a railway asset where byelaws apply, then the keeper cannot be held liable, only the driver. If NCP failed to meet the strict requirements of the PoFA 2012, that is their problem, not that of the keeper. The only way NCP can know the identity of the driver is if someone tells them.
Has the driver checked to see if there is a way of paying after the event?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Looks like Wickford NCP station is the GAA TOC , Greater Anglia, so same advice as seen in any other GAA NCP case, but need to know were they penalty notices or parking charge notices. ?
No revealing or inferring who was driving, at all1
