New battery not calibrating

I’ve had a new battery installed on my HP laptop. In the HP support assistant it says the battery should be calibrated. I have followed the instructions and calibrated it.
HP Support Assistant still says it isn’t calibrated. Could it be wrong?

Thank you! I was hoping that would be the case. I'll just ignore HP .... I do that a lot anyway. I have a HP printer, Nightmare. I thought having a HP laptop and HP Printer they would speak to each other easier. No such luck!
