DCB legal and one parking solution

In April 2023, i received a PCN for parking in Llangrannog car park (ANPR car park). The machine only let my husband put in a few digits before spitting out a ticket. I wrote on the ticket my actual number plate and explained that there was a glitch on the machine (the ticket was "pay and display") and this ticket was displayed on my dashboard. I have since received notice from DCBL claiming £170 from me in parking charges. I appealed this through POPLA who agreed that i payed the correct amount of money and stayed in the car park for 1 hr and 57 mins (ticket was valid for 3 hours), but they also say i did not pay to cover the duration of my stay?? The POPLA assessor also said that tickets displayed will not be seen. Anway, the appeal was unsuccessful and now it has been passed on to DCB legal. I have now appealed this with BPA and requested that DCB legal do not contact me under section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 and section 2 of the protection from Harassment Act 1997 until the appeal has reached a decision. The car park does not show any signage that it is not manned, therefore why is there a need for pay and display tickets? (One review said they received a fine for not displaying a ticket). They can see that i payed the correct amount for parking and that they have not suffered any loss from this. Are they likely to actually take me to court? What chance do i stand? Is there anything else i can do?
*Upon reading reviews, this car park is notorious for issuing tickets for people being "outside the 10 minute grace period" for purchasing tickets by literally 1 minute, tickets issued for the privilege of turning around to find alternative parking, issuing misprinted number plate tickets, etc. There are hundreds of reviews from people who have unfairly and unjustifiably been issued PCN's, and it appears to be the WORST money making scandal i have ever seen!*

Are they likely to actually take me to court?Yes. YOU WANT THE COURT CLAIM!
"What chance do i stand?"
The BPA will be useless (that was a waste of time, as was POPLA) but you will win the case because DCB Legal always discontinue single PCN court claims before hearings. If they don't, you'd win anyway. Very strong defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So do i continue to have communications with DCB legal? Or do i just ignore until i get a court notice? I don't know how any of this works. If i've been issued a ticket in the past, i've paid the fine but i don't want to pay this one as i know i paid for parking!0

Please read the second post of the NEWBIES thread which explains everything.
Don't pay private parking charges.
This wasn't a fine. You don't pay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Here is a video of the pay and display machine printing the ticket before the motorist had finished entering their registration:
