Link Financial - Transunion report

Hello,
I need help with some statements in my report from Transunion.
There is unpaid balance from Link Financial Outsorcing limited (from Shop Direct). I never signed up or used that account. According to record account is made in december 2019. But i wasnt in UK from december to february and that was already my old address, where i havent lived already. Right now i took credit report for first time and saw this debt.

I want to get more information how and how did this account.
Link Financial doesnt answer to emails. Transunion doesnt answer as well.

What i can do next?

Report it to action fraud as your name/ID has been used for this
Use the crime reference number to go back to Link and Transunion and advise them of ICO guidelines for accurate and correct data storage

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Where exactly i should report? Should be some special police unit for that?

Action Fraud deal with financial crime like this

The police will do nothing as they will never have enough evidence to prosecute anyone. The crime reference is purely to show the debt company it was fraud.

    Hello again!
Thank you for comments - really usefull.
    Action Fraud case opened.
I got answer from Link Financial. That i have opened account in Barclaycard plc. I cant find that company in Companies House. Barclay Bank has Barclays PLC or Barclays Bank UK PLC. Barclaycard plc (which i cant find) is related to Barclay Bank or its just name scam?

Barclays Bank has PO Box in Canary Wharf.
    Barclaycard has PO Box in
    NORTHAMPTON. Is that strange?

OK. Googled that. Address seems fine. That Barclays.
What is the best way to do now? Start talking with Barclays to get spending statement and see how that debt came.
Or with Link account about Action Fraude case?

Link Financial seem to be debt collectors and Shop Direct is the Very catalogue group including Littlewoods. Not sure where Barclaycard would fit into this?

Have you ever had any catalogues?
