Help in cleaning outdoor ceramic table

Need advice on cleaning an outdoor ceramic glass patio table. Its a dull ceramic - not shiny. Uncovered table after winter and there is what appears to look like a water mark/stain on the table.  It won't come out with just hot soapy water and I know you can't use anything abrasive on ceramic table tops.  Any idea what I can use that won't damage the table.

Is it a "hard water" mark, i.e. calcium deposits?  If so, either vinegar or lemon juice might do the trick (both mildly acidic which dissolves calcium).

I would have thought rain is just rain, it would not pick up its mineral content till it has been in the ground for awhile.

Ah but rain falls down, then evaporates, then pours down again.
Some or a lot of it is sea water.
    Remember 'acid' rain
