How do I re-open a Kroo account?

Do Kroo allow you to re-join? If so how is it done as the app has no options available?

It definitely seems like an account to keep (no switching bonuses, reasonable interest for a current account) rather than close. I'm not sure why you would want to close it as there's no incentive to do so.

I have seen a few anecdotal reports that would suggest why some may wish to cease their relationship with Kroo tbh.
