Should have flown home from Malaga Spain on 23/04/24 got on plane they couldn’t uncouple the air bridge so had to go back into terminal. They kept us well informed gave us a 10 euro voucher we had to wait for a plane to come from East Midlands to come for us.eventually got back 4 and a 1/2 hours later filled a claim form in on 28/04/24 for the delay got an email today 3/5/24 to say they are refunding me £700 in the next 3to 7 days brilliant service well done jet2.
