If you can't pay, then the ball is in their court. They might choose to sit on it, they might choose the bailiff route as previously described0

Ok, so just wait it out now to see what happens. I have started opening mail again now, since getting all the advice on here. So I guess that's a positive step.

What is your time frame for going bankrupt ?
Once granted all your CCJ`s are annulled, it`s very unlikely they will be further enforced anyway, more often than not once a judgement is granted, it just sits on file and nothing happens with it.
There is a court process to re-determine the monthly payments, but if your going bankrupt then that would be a waste of time and effort on your part.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. My time frame for going bankrupt is as soon as I can. Following the advice I've had on here, I'm aiming to get my car sold in the next few weeks. I have some medical appointments coming up that Ideally I need the car for.
Once that's gone I will have a month to get the household things I need and then just a case of drawing cash down until I have just the 680 left to pay the fee with.
I'm unsure how quickly I should draw the cash out so I guess maybe the end of Summer?

That`s fine, just keep in mind that anything to do with court process/debt collection etc takes a long time to swing into gear, no enforcement action will happen within the next few weeks.
Should one of your creditors engage a bailiff, they must give you 7 days notice of attendance in writing, and as they are consumer credit debts, it would just be the county court bailiff as stated in a previous post.
Go on with your plan and try not to think of the "what ifs".I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Here's a thing I just couldn't let go buy United.
T M Legal who got a CCJ against me earlier this week, have emailed me today.
They say that to avoid further legal action, I should look at their affordable terms for repayment. Now the CCJ was for £3595.
The terms they have quoted me are;
Pay over 12 months at £45000
Pay over 18 months at £30000
Pay over 24 months at £22500
After i stopped laughing i clicked the link for each one and was taken to their website where if said Hello Steve Johnson if you choose this option you pay off your £540000 debt in 12 months etc etc etc.
So that's not me and I certainly don't owe that sort of money. Wouldn't you think they could get things correct? Surely it's a breach of data protection??
It merely makes me think what a cowboy outfit they must be!!2 -
Does anyone know of a site or anywhere I can get a copy of the bankruptcy application? I would like to be able to know what sort of things I need to answer, so I can be prepared. Rather than starting to fill it in and then needing to go and find stuff to be able to complete it.
I've tried Google but it's a minefield and some I've found aren't even for UK bankruptcy.

Assuming England or Wales.
Apply for bankruptcy - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

It doesn't seem too difficult to complete and a lot of it isn't going to apply to me.
One thing that does concern me is, cards and loan that I stopped paying over 12 months ago. I dont have statements and can't access online banking to get them. Will that matter to the OR?
Should I start downloading the ones I can from accounts that are still in use now?0
