I've currently have a bond with barclays which matures in July.
Can l open another one before or have l got to wait for the term of my first bond to end?

I can's see anything in the terms saying you can't open another one now. That being said there are several fixed rate bonds paying more than Barclays so I'd suggest opening one of these instead if you're wanting to fix now:

On the moneyfactscompare.co.uk site, it shows different icons representing ways to manage the accounts. Is there any difference between online and mobile when using the account?

Mobile is weird terminology - it likely means app, and if it's the only icon then it's app only.2
