HSBC Global Account £80 bonus

Mine was deposited on 8th May. I forgot about it until I received a text from HSBC a few minutes ago.

Never got my £80 but on contacting them there are lots who haven t been paid but it will be by the 17th may

Chased them in chat yesterday and it did not go very well
first excuse was
-but you made no transactions in April
after several back and forth on having to explain that 5 transactions are 5 transactions which fall within time frame the offer was open we moved past the April argument 
second excuse came
- you only made 4 transactions 
again please look at my statement, there are clearly 5 payments made 
and then the next one 
- see transaction that was rejected 
if it was rejected I woulld not have received what I paid for 
at that point the agent started getting stroppy with me so I decided to abandon the chat and call in
, on the call it was confirmed, 5 transactions and non failed. In this one thou the reason given for no £80 is that 2 of my transactions were bank transfer payments.  Hope everyone else gets better service when they chase. Bare in mind they also didn’t pay my husband £125 and had to be chased for it, service was a lot more pleasant back in January and money was sent and an apology
