Chase UK Statement Problem

I have a current and savings accounts with Chase UK and each month I view and download the pdf statements for my records.
Today the April statements are issued but if I try to view them I get this message:-

Please Try Again. We're having trouble getting your statement right now.
I thought at first it was just that the statements weren't ready but I also got the same message when I tried older statements to view.
I contacted support and tried no end of things like reinstalling app etc but nothing worked, they have raised a ticket but also said they haven't had any others contacting them with this problem.
So I am just wondering if anyone who uses Chase have had this problem or have any ideas what may cause this problem if it is my phone giving the problem which is Samsung S23+ running Android version 14?

I've had a similar problem and it was sorted the day after. Apart from looking a plonker in Asda thinking I had more money in my account than I actually had not a major issue.

UpdateI discovered I couldn't view or download statements from other banks and one showed no app available to view statement, so realise I needed a pdf reader so installed an Adobe reader and all worked okay.I don't know what had changed on my phone or what pdf reader my apps were using before and why they stopped.3
