Log cabin faulty

Could anyone tell me my legal rights and how long i have to give the company to replace faulty parts:-
I purchased a log cabin and built up to last panel which was pre cut for the roof slope unfortunately both sides are cut incorrectly which would leave a gap between wall and roof, I’m now stuck with a part built cabin getting soaked in the rain and fobbed of by customer service after being promised parts within 7 days. They now do not get back to me and just say it’s in production or we are very busy with new orders!
it was paid on credit card, but I’m not well enough to have to take this down if I try get my money back

When did you buy it?
When did you notify the trader of the problem?1 -
I bought it in Feb but delivered and built 3 weeks ago, reported problem straight away. So I know they haven’t had months but not the point… now just refusing to answer a simple question “when will you be replacing parts”0

Your rights are to the right parts. How long you have to give them is whatever is reasonable. If they can't produce them quickly, you'll have to wait. The alternative is to speak to your credit card company, but as you've pointed out, getting a refund will involve dismantling and returning the cabin.Kassi69 said:Could anyone tell me my legal rights and how long i have to give the company to replace faulty parts:-
