Parking charge notice from Smart Parking - please help

Hi all, I’ve read through the Newbies post and other posts but remain confused as to what to do!
Yesterday I received a parking charge notice from Smart Parking. It shows a photo of my car entering and leaving the car park - 20 mins. The charge is £60 if paid within 14 days.
The car park is next to a NHS hearing centre whose car park entrance is through the car park that my car has been photographed entering and leaving.
I don’t believe, that this charge should be paid but don’t fancy my chances on appealing and I cannot have a ccj due to my work.
Can anyone offer any advice please. I haven’t yet contacted anyone about this.
Thanks in advance!!

Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and keeper's MP.
Smart are easy to beat as long as the driver's identity is never revealed.
Plan B is to appeal using the wording in this link by regular poster @Grizebeck.

With guidance from here, as above, there is no chance of getting a CCJ2

Thanks all. I’ve appealed on their website using the wording provided and I’ve emailed the place whose car park was being used. Fingers crossed!!
many thanks.1 -
Hoping that someone can reassure me on this. I complained to the NHS, who told me it wasn't their problem. I appealed the parking charge as per @Grizebeck's wording. This morning I have received a debt recovery notice from a debt collection agency. Very threatening and saying that I've lost the right to appeal. What should I do now? Still worried about a CCJ and debt collectors turning up or my credit profile being ruined. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance !!0

Debt collectors will not turn up at your door, they can't do diddly squat in spite of their bluster. You cannot just get a CCJ, or your credit profile being ruined unless it goes to court you loose and then don't pay within the prescribed time.Who do you think you are dealing with, these are low life bottom feeders not an authority, and you don't have a debt only a speculative invoice. What was their reply to your appeal?4

If they never replied to your appeal. ( Quite common. ) Go to the BPA AOS members list and look at the complaint link on the right, for not so Smart Parking, put a complaint in regarding the fact that they failed to respond to the appeal with no cancellation and no rejection with a Popla code either
Then wait for a reply to the complaint
Ignore the debt collectors, they are powerless and none of your fears can happen, it just doesn't work that way, especially not without court orders, the systems are procedural and regulated, definitely not going to happen for less than £600 , Which this is nowhere near
Ps, no blabbing about who was driving, no inferring it, you are complaining about it as keeper3 -
@fisherjim Thanks for the reply, they acknowledged my appeal but haven't sent anything since then so I'll go the route that @Gr1pr is suggesting.
It's so difficult with these things as I've been brought up never to be in debt and in a time when debt collectors would turn up at your house. It's really reassuring to hear that this can't happen. Thank you so much for responding. Hopefully they will leave me alone soon!!2 -
It could have arrived in your spam folder, very common, or they didn't reply, either way get the complaint in ASAP on the complaints link, hopefully they will be in error and may well cancel
You need a complaint reply before you can complain to the BPA AOS compliance team on the BPA website, rules. !
So you are kicking off the complaint route
None of the bad stuff you mentioned will happen, so rest easy, but do that complaint today please2 -

Can you please tell us exactly where this parking incident took place?2
