DRO application - pay pal 3 and bank statements

Hi, I am currently in the process of applying for a DRO. I was just wondering if the official reciever can see that I have been using pay pal in 3 for the last couple of months?  I was making payments on time before my financial situation got worse. Would this go against me as during that time I was on a Debt Management Plan with Step Change? Does anyone have any experience of this? Also will I expected to provide bank statements?

There is very little investigation done by the IS. They get the intermediary to do the work. So if your intermediary is happy, the DRO is 99% sure to go through.

I doubt you'll have any problem
  • Thanks for your reply. I have a further appointment to finalise everything in a couple of weeks with CAB Manchester. I haven't provided bank statements as of yet though. I'm wondering if they will still ask? So far provided proof of income, ID, proof of address, assets and was told they wouldn't be required. I only worry about this as I feel like the amounts wouldn't marry up exactly to the current budget.
